I've become a full-time caregiver for my husband these past few years. Don and I live near the ocean where there is a small fishing harbor and we spend time walking and enjoying the beauty of the water and the smell of the brine and ocean air. We love to explore and learn about all the local history.
We are both retired and live a relatively quiet lifestyle overall. Our only son (with whom we are so pleased and proud) is in the military. We miss him like crazy. He will be home soon for a visit. Don and I so look forward to being with him.
We've been blessed with a network of loving friends, (support groups are great - and have been a tremendous resource to me).
love many movies, recently saw "Last Chance Harvey"
love many books - belonged to book clubs, discussion groups

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( firstname.lastname@example.org ) for the full details.
Hi Imelda, Water lilies are out of season so flowers of choice for my son's wedding (on Valentine's Day) are roses and singapore orchids. My new soon-to-be daughter in law also has her name shortened to Mel or Im (Em). Funny how water lilies have been following me around a bit. An art display in our local cafe features them etc. Have a great Monday, a day I am shortly going to put to rest (here in Oz.)
Mel - Thank you so much for inviting me to this precious Lounge.
This experience could be an answer to another prayer. There is so much to do an see. I'm overwhelmed. You came into my life again and the timing is perfect.
My son marries an Indonesian girl called Imelda this year on Feburary 14th. I am feeling quite stressed about flowers and table decorations - a job that has just landed in my lap. The bride wanted water-lilies but I think the season will just be over and anyways to have them in a bridal bouquet is quite complicated as the blooms close if not in water !!! and have to be waxed open !!!! Enjoy you walks. masil
